Indications for hurricane lamp seen on HGTV?

Hello. A few months ago I saw an episode on HGTV (not sure which show), where he became a lamp glass hurricane candle shade. They put a glass inside the hurricane and put a light inside the hurricane glass filled with marbles or something and it looked great when it launched. Does anyone know what show this was and where can I find instructions on how to do? I searched your site and no luck. Thanks!
